Subscription Info - Subscription Policy.

Operators are standing by 8:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, ect for phone orders.


The First Issue In Your Subscription.

Domestic subscriptions could take upto 4-8 weeks to start from the previous issue cut-off unless copies are in store and International subscriptions take 12-14 weeks to start from the previous issue cut-off unless copies are in store. If you would like to know what the first issue in your subscription will be, or when the last issue cut-off was please email us at [email protected]

Subscriptions are sent via Canada Post Service; no tracking is available for subscriptions.

Note:

Your First Payment is a one time payment our PayPal technician will add you information to a monthly subscription prosessed through our PayPal.


Subscriptions for Incarcerated individuals:

Please note that in accordance with prison guidelines Inmates cannot receive a Free T-shirt with their subscriptions and we do not ship the free item to an alternate address. Please note that subscriptions must be properly labeled (I.E Inmate ID after the last name, correctional institution in the Company line etc). Contact [email protected] for the correct version to order for prisoners. We are not responsible for issues that are not received due to improper address submissions.

Payment Options.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, money orders and checks. Web store and phone orders are limited to PayPal, credit cards. Please see “Ordering by Mail” for further instruction on paying with checks or money orders.

We reserve the right to have a customer service representative verify any orders over the $100 amount. This verification will occur over email from [email protected]


Sales Tax.

$1.50 sales tax is charged on all orders.


Ordering by Phone.

Ordering by Mail.

Please write out your order on a piece of paper or "Word file" for you web dorks and include the following:

- Size, quantity, color preference for each item.

- The shipping and billing names and addresses.

- Order total.

-$1.50 sales tax.

- Contact info (email address and/or phone number, including area code and country code if applicable)

and shipping (please email us at [email protected] for a shipping estimate)

- We accept bank cheques, money orders, and credit cards for mailed in orders. If you send your credit card number, please include the expiration date and 3 digit CVC code on the back. If you do not feel comfortable sending that through the mail ask us to contact you once we receive your mail order.


Renewals – Missing An Issue.

You will receive renewal notices when your subscription is about to expire. Three of these will be sent to the address on file.. To ensure there is no gap in the subscription, please remit payment renewing online. Please be sure to enter the old address information online exactly as it is shown on the new address label when renewing online useless you have relocated during your renewal.


Changing Your Subscription Address.

Please email your old and new address to [email protected] as soon as you learn what your new address will be. This needs to be done within 2 week in order for you to not miss any issues. In the meantime, Please be sure to have your subscriptions forwarded through your Postal Service.


Cancelling Your Subscription.

Return Policy.

We will exchange or refund any item still in resellable condition within 30 days, but please note: free subscription items such as t-shirts and DVDs cannot be returned for exchange.

All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. Please email for details. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Credit card refunds will take approximately 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return. Refunds for items paid for by check will take between three to five weeks.

Backorders And Discontinued Items.

Due to high demand, an item size or colorway may be out of stock by the time your order is received by our shipping department. If this happens, we will contact you via email to find out if you prefer to replace the item or cancel it from the order.


Clothing Colors.

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.


Shipping Info.

NOTE: If your package is unable to be delivered for any reason and is returned to our facility, we will issue you a refund for the price of the contents when we receive the package. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for these orders.

Expedited shipping is not available. Please read these pages before you place your order for shipping information and returns.


International Customs Fees.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have in regards to International customs fees. We are required to ship packages in accordance with The Canadian Postal Service policies, and as such it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable customs fees. Thank you for understanding.


Tracking Your Order.

A Canada Post tracking number will be generated once your order has shipped. Canada Post will send you an email to the email address submitted with your order. If you do not received a tracking email within 7 days of your order, please check your SPAM folder, as tracking emails have been directed there. If you still can not find the email, please email us at [email protected] and we can retrieve the tracking information for you.


Product Order Status.

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct size and color because we begin processing purchases 24hrs after they are submitted online. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.

There is currently no way to check your order status through the web store. Your tracking number is for your confirmation.
